We describe every product as accurately as we can, including materials, dimensions and care instructions. Screens vary, so colours and finishes may look slightly different in person.

Our products are intended for personal use and are not medical devices. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are unsure whether a product is right for you, speak to a qualified healthcare professional first.

Always read the instructions and safety information supplied with a product before using it.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We may change or discontinue an item at any time, and we may limit the quantity of any item we sell to a single customer or household.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order it, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Applicable tax and shipping are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

We take payment when you place your order. If a price is listed incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you before shipping and give you the choice of paying the correct price or cancelling for a full refund.

Orders and Cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send you an email confirming that your order has shipped.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, a pricing error, or stock we cannot fulfil. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email support@hiddenhoneyhomes.com as soon as possible. We will do what we can, but we usually cannot stop an order once it has entered fulfilment.

Retreat Bookings

Retreat stays are booked separately from store orders and are subject to the booking terms, house rules and cancellation window given to you at the time of booking.

Retreats are adults-only. Every guest must be 18 or over. The lead guest is responsible for their whole party and for any damage caused during the stay.

Discretion and Packaging

Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. Our billing descriptor and shipping label do not name our products. See our Shipping Policy for the detail.

Acceptable Use

Do not use this site to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to upload malicious code, to scrape or copy our content at scale, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

Do not resell our products without our written permission, and do not misrepresent yourself as affiliated with Hidden Honey Homes.

Reviews and Submissions

If you post a review, photograph or comment, you keep ownership of it but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business.

You confirm that anything you submit is your own, is accurate, and does not contain anything unlawful, abusive or infringing. We may remove any submission at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

The site, our brand names, logos, product photography, illustrations and written content belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not otherwise copy, republish, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the site without our written permission.
